- Legal basis for data processing
We guarantee confidential treatment of all personal data entrusted to us. We assure our users that we collect the data with great care, treat them with the strictest confidentiality and only use them for the purposes intended. In doing so, we will comply with the relevant legal stipulations and the following principles. We will always process your personal data only to the extent required for providing a functional website and development platform.
- Collection and use of non-personal data
In the event of communication on the internet, certain data are always transmitted from your computer to us for technical reasons, such as the browser type, date and time of the request to KooDoo, browser settings and operating system. We collect this non-personal information for statistical purposes to improve our services.
- Collection and use of personal data
In the case of merely informative use of KooDoo, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we will only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. Your personal information will be deleted when you deactivate your KooDoo account. In addition, such storage may be required by regulation, law or other provision to which the controller is subject.
